Ladybug FeltSongs activity

A ladybug FeltSongs Story

Categories and themes: spring, counting.

This is a wonderful activity that everyone will enjoy.

Whether its springtime, story time, music time or just when you need another fun and easy activity, this cute ladybug will keep them counting!

Make a felt Ladybug and spots using the template provided. Make as many circles (spots) as the number of students in your class.

Explain the children that the ladybug is sad because she’s lost all her spots. Ask the children if they would like to put her spots back on and make her feel better!

Begin by placing the ladybug on a felt board and sing the first verse. Give out one spot at a time. Have the children count each time a spot is added.
